1) The Executive Summary : Our idea is basically how
we can collect unused medicine (garbage) from society with
some cost and sell or deliver that medicine to hospital or
pharmacy company means they can check that medicine and
resell that medicine to people who really need that medicine
in low cost we provided that medicine in 70 to 75 % low cost
mean people can afford that medicine and we run one NGO
that help poor people the are not able to buy costly medicine

we use website that website manage all the services that


really need to run business properly and also there is one
physical network that help to collect the medicine form area
to are and deliver to next process.
On that same site we buy the medicine means people can
order the medicine from site and we provide best delivery
services one day delivery we try to make one block chain that
provided a trust to our customer
2) Business Overview :
Before go to Business Overview Let’s Try to understand
problem when people go to the doctor, doctor give theme 10-
20 days medicine but after 3-4 day they recover and all the
remaining medicine west and become a garbage we tray to
collect that medicine and deliver to people with low cost they
really need that we try to make garbage to anyone life
because medicine is a life.

We collect a medicine using smart way and try to delivery to


people they really need that medicine.
We provide one interface to customer they can post all the
information on site with images of medicine and sell that
unusable medicine on site after selling the get one
confirmation letter include all the information when Our
people pickup the medicine and how much actual price of that
medicine and how much price they get of that medicine. After
this our people go to that area and collect all the medicine
from that specific area and we also provided a medi-box
means people can go to medi-box and sell medicine and get
money.
After this process we pass that medicine to pharmacy
companies the check that medicine and resell that medicine
on our web-site with affordable price.

photo and sell that, that data go to database and then
send to image processing and data-science to get write
information from that medicine wrapper and then that
essential data send to pharmacy companies means they
can get decision base on that data and we provided home
page on that page user of site can see the all medicine
that are available on site and they can also search and
get all the information like which type of drugs use and
for which disease that medicine is used.
And they can buy the medicine from that site and within
one day medicine will be deliver to them we used block
chain concept for avoid a fraud.

business.

we used other pharmacy companies product. We provide

any business our business also need marketing we try to
make some NGO that help to business and we help to
poor people through that NGO we try to go hospital and
try introduce the people with our business and for sale

innovation idea there is no any competitor but there is
some hospital medical and web-site they can provide a
facility we can buy medicine from them,there are some
medical the get medicine back but they are very limited
and time consuming. Now days people don’t want to go

have time that why we try to provide a services means
our customer is king they don’t wary about other thing
they can go to site and post within one minute and after
some days they gate there money.

form different different domain like pharmacy, IT and
Management we have strong Management Team

app and it cost for 2 year will be 45,000 Rs including
maintenance this cost vary on how much traffic on site.
For our business we need a pickup and delivery system
this cost will be 1,50,000 Rs this cost also vary on
network of business how many area we will cover and
other management like transport and marketing and offices
work, there will be required 1,50,000 Rs and there in

support.

a profit we also invest that all money for business and
