We are formally requesting your good office to verify our proposed name for the
corporation that we intend to put up, which we are planning to call Intrepid
Spirit Events, Inc.

The primary purpose of the proposed corporation is to provide timing and

administration services to persons and entities engaged in organizing competitive
race events and other running, endurance, and fitness activities. Such services
include, among others, assistance in event organization, pre-race planning,
logistics and setup, provision of chip timing technology, and production of
accurate race results.

Should the mentioned proposed corporate name be unavailable, however,

Intrepid Spirit, Inc. is offered as an alternative.
