LEASE CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract entered into by and between MARLON P. DUNUAN,


of legal age, Filipino citizen, and residing at Bahawit, Pob. South,
Lagawe, Ifugao, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR” and QUINIO P.
TAYABAN likewise of legal age, Filipino, and residing at Pob. North,
Lagawe, Ifugao, hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE,”

WITNESSETH:

THAT, the LESSOR is the owner of a portion of a parcel of land


situated at Bahawit, Pob. North, Lagawe, Ifugao and that for and in
consideration of the ensuing terms and conditions, the LESSOR hereby
transfer, cede and convey absolute possession of the said portion of
land to the LESSEE;

1. LEASE PERIOD. This contract shall cover from August 1, 2018 which
would end on August 31, 2023, renewable upon agreement of both
parties;

2. LEASE RENTAL. The monthly rental to be paid by the LESSEE to the


LESOR shall be the sum of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,000.00)
monthly, payable yearly every end of August;

3. ADVANCE PAYMENT. The LESSEE shall pay an amount of TWELVE


THOUSAND PESOS (Php12,000) as advancement payment for August
2018- August 2019. Receipt is hereby acknowledged by the LESSOR.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
