Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
I feel that the lifestyle is the most important factor in my motivation since I like the lifestyle that I
lead so that I get up every day and I am motivated to continue to continue as I want to be and live. I
like to keep interested in the things that matter to me because I live motivated. The challenge is a
very important part of my motivation since in my work every day I put on new challenges that have
allowed me to grow professionally. I think that the competition has always been with myself and not
with anyone else because the one who decides how and when to move forward is me.
Interpersonal relationships will always be a motivating factor either by the family or by the couple
but it is not the most important thing in my concept since also for me the independence that takes in
life to make my own decisions is very important. Recognition as a motivator is linked to how things
are done well then it is something that comes if things are done well to me has served me a lot in
my work and they recognize me for doing things well. As for money, it is clear that it is a motivator
but it is not the most important because there are other things that fill the soul with money is a
result of doing everything with love and dedication. I do not consider variety and safety to be very
important.
