 Providing IT virtual infrastructure support for VMware ESXI

 Installation, configuration and administration of VMware ESXI, VCenter
 Creating and managing virtual machines and templates as per the user request.
 Adding / Configuring of New Virtual Machine
 Mapping the Raw Mapping Disk to VMs.
 Creating cluster of High availability (HA) and distribute resource scheduling(DRS)
 Migrate physical servers to virtual servers using VMware converter (P2V)
 Moving VM’s from one LUN to another LUN by using storage VMotion
 Creating VMFS Data stores by using the LUNs assigned by SAN
 Having good knowledge on creation of Virtual switches, ports and port groups
 Creating and managing the resource pool and adding the VM’s into the resource pool as
per the client request.
 Troubleshooting ESXI host, Virtual machine issues and performance issues
 Updating patches on ESXI host by using VMware update manager
 Creating and managing the virtual machines and installing VM tools into VM’s as per the
client request.
 Managing the VM’s using virtual centre server and VSphere client and VSphere web client
 Creating duplicate VM’s using cloning technology and Taking VM Snapshot as per the
client request.
 Configured resource pool, VMotion, Alarm, alerts, NTP. Monitoring VM’s and ESXI server
(CPU, Memory , Disk and network utilization)
