1)how does the oobleck behave?

The behavior of the oobleck was depend on the force applied to it. if you
applied more amount of force to the oobleck it reacts or its characteristics as
more thicker and harder for example you punch or strongly stir it you feel that
its more harder and thicker it’s because the cornstarch particles get
mashed together, trapping water molecules between them,
and oobleck temporarily turns into a semi-solid material. but if you
slowly dip your hand in the oobleck it reacts a soft substances. The
oobleck and quicksand had similarities and differences .they similar
of their viscosity and their differences was the quicksand was the
more that you apply force the more that you sunk. while in oobleck
the more the force you applied you only trap the particles of
cornstarch and you wont sunk.

2.Is the oobleck solid or liquid? Explain why ?

Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid; it has properties of

both liquids and solids. If you exert a large amount of force to
oobleck its solid but if you exert small amount of force its liquid. For
example you squeeze the oobleck so you applied great amount of
force so you feel like it as a solid. but if you are only immersed and
move slowly your hands to the oobleck you are only exert small
amount of force so you can feel that it is liquid. the phase of oobleck
depends on the force exert to it

3 if something fell into the oobleck ,like a rock , it will sink immediate
?
it didn’t sink immediately. we know that the rock was a high density
object so the more it denser the more the force it can apply to the
oobleck. So the rock was need a long time to be fully sunk. and also
the density of rocks was affected how long it will sink. For ex. Rocks
A and Rock B. Rock A had a mass of 500 g and Rock B had a mass
of 750.so the rock A was first to sink because its less denser compare
to rock B
