Please follow the steps below to complete your joining formalities

Step 1. Take a print of the attached joining forms. Fill and sign all the forms and carry the entire set of
forms with you on the day of your joining.

Step 2. Carry the originals and a print of the following documents along with you on the day of your
joining.

1. PAN card In case you do not have the PAN card, kindly carry the attached
declaration and apply for the same immediately

2. Educational certificates (Class 10th, As applicable to you


12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation)

3. Aadhaar card copy The Provident Fund remittance is now linked through Aadhaar
details hence its mandatory to share your Aadhaar details on the
(Mandatory for PF compliance)
induction day.
In case of non-availability of Aadhaar, you are requested to get
yourself enrolled immediately and share your enrolment details on
the induction day.

4. Identification proof (Driving License/ This is required only if Aadhaar card is not available
Passport/ Voters ID)

5. Experience document (Appointment Appointment letter and relieving letter/ experience certificate of all
letter, Relieving letter/ experience the previous organizations are required. Salary slips are only
certificate, last three months salary required of previous organization. Not applicable for fresher’s.

6. Provident fund membership This is mandatory if you were a member of PF in your previous
number and UAN number of previous organization.

9. For International workers only - Individual who is holding passport of any country other than India or

g) Copy of form 109 from previous
employer acknowledged by ICAI.
