Contribution to Income and Employment

especially to the owner. Tyre For-Nature will build a great and satisfying manager and

employee relationship to achieve the main objective of the business. As well as the

workers and employees of Tyre For-Nature need to have income for them to support their

needs. Building up Tyre For-Nature is a great opportunity to people to be able to have

jobs and to be employed.

Tax Contribution

In the form of taxes, Tyre For-Nature will surely give a great contribution to the

government. These tax payments from the business would help not only the government

but also the economy for the future projects and especially for people who will benefit.

Therefore, by paying taxes, this would help people to be more active and to have more

opportunities in the nation.


Relationship towards Environment

Green Marketing is important in every business to help the environment to be

healthy. Businesses nowadays are practicing green marketing as a part of corporate social

responsibility of their own businesses and companies. Tyre For-Nature is promoting

green marketing by manufacturing environmental friendly furniture by using tyres. By

recycling tyres, it will help to reduce wastes in environment to reduce wastes and

pollution. This will comply with all the regulations regarding environmental awareness.

Tyre For-Nature and the management will surely give an action to minimize wastes and

will give an impact towards the environment.

Relationship towards its Customers

Building customer relationship management is effective to have a long term

relationship with customers on every business especially for Tyre For-Nature. This is one

of the important factors in businesses to achieve customer loyalty. Tyre For-Nature will

ensure that their product and service will satisfy customers and also to maintain trusts of

customers in the business to be their loyal customers.

Relationship towards its Suppliers

Suppliers are very important in every business. Having a strong relationship with

supplier is a result of competitive advantage. Tyre For-nature will ensure that their

suppliers are reliable by giving quality raw materials and the business will ensure that

they have trust to its suppliers to maintain a good relationship.


Relationship towards Government

The business will create and provide a strong relationship with the government.

To make the business legal, Tyre For-Nature will comply with all the rules and

regulations of the government by paying taxes and licenses, and completing all permits

for the business as compliance to the law of operation.

Legal Implementation

There are some procedures and requirements which should be followed by all

businesses to be able to operate legally. Like any other businesses, Tyre For-Nature will

acquire business permits to the government and in other departments in which are

required before operating the business. The following are the sectors of the government

and some departments in which should acquire to register the business:

 Department of Trade and Industries (DTI)

DTI is the executive department of the Philippine government tasked to expand

Philippine trade and industries as the means to generate jobs and raise income for

Filipinos. In this category, the business should register its product.


 Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)

Also known as BIR Form 2303 and Certificate of registration (COR), this type of

document gives you the legal rights to operate your business in the Philippines. It

provides you with Tax Identification Number (TIN) and the authority to print and

issue official receipts. It also states the type of taxes you will settle.

 Social Security System (SSS)

SSS Is a state-run, social insurance program in the Philippines to workers in

private, professional and informal sectors. SSS in established by virtue of Republic

Act No. 1161, better known as Social security Act of 1954. This law was later

amended by Republic Act No. 8282 in 1997.

 Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth)

Philhealth is a health insurance which is a mandatory to apply and remit

contribution; this is to ensure that the workers are adequately covered by health

insurance.

 PAG-IBIG Fund

The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) more popularly known as PAG-

IBIG Fund is a Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation under the

Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council responsible for the

administration of the national savings program and affordable shelter financing For

Filipinos employed by local and foreign-based employers as well as voluntary and

self-employed members. It offers its members short-term loans and access to housing

programs.
 Mayor’s Office

This is where a business obtains permit and comply to the City’s ordinances and

standard such as sanitary, safety, fire and other clearances.

 Local Barangay Office

As required by the Local Government Code, all businesses must obtain a

Barangay Clearance From the local Barangay office where the business is located.

STEPS IN THE ACQUISITION OF A BUSINESS PERMIT FOR NEW BUSINESS

STEP 1 – File and Assess

When securing for a new business permit an applicant must first

 Provide locational sketch and get Location/zoning/land Use Clearance from the

city Planning and Development office.

 Secure Building Permit/Occupancy Clearance from the City Engineering Office.

 Proceed to the Office of the bureau of Fire Protection to schedule the inspection

of the business establishment- After which to pay the Fire Code and secure Fire

Safety Inspection Certificate.

 Visit the City Health Office to ensure health safety and check procedures for the

issuance of Sanitary Permit.
