1.5 TTS informed that according to QMM Info Next QMM targeted on 8/8/19
period ending 31/12/18, the following
Project have recorded cost overrun:
i. KJHP
ii. SCM
iii. PB
TTS reminded it is important for every
SPM to have a tight control of cost
spend within the budget. The cost
centre that need attention are:
i. Staff overhead
ii. Plant & Machineries
iii. General Labour
iv. Material wastage

1.6 TTS informed all to be more cautious Info


when selecting subcontractor not
working with GBU before. Study their
respective back ground and
performance of past Projects. GBU
need to have a group of capable and
experience subcontractors to work with
in order to avoid unnecessary work
delay and poor quality of works.

1.7 Build up adequate team to run the All As table below

stopped as KJHP staff are anticipated to
gradually demob by beginning of April
19. Except for staff with certain skill set
that GBV still lacking will be considered
such as SPM, CM and Architecture Head

2 Develop Our People

2.1 For future staff promotion, SDOC All Committee members: -


discussions have to be carried out. To LTF, LKY, LCK, GPA, GSO, LKT &
form a committee to develop people PSP lead by TTS. All SPM/PM to
under SDOC. The committee will meet assign 2019’s Project and

5.1 BIM
Training & Accreditation
1. All BIM staff to attend training AAN M&E – Course is in June and
with MyBIM Centre by CIDB to Oct. RM1,500 per person (has
