The meeting was called to order at exactly 01:00 PM
1. Review and confirmation of the previous meeting minutes
1.1. Upon review of the previous meeting minutes, all items were
deemed correct based on the confirmation of all concerned.
4. Scope Management
4.1. Construction Management
4.1.1. CP02A Site Development Update
FODC presented actual project status for the site
development works including highlights and relevant issues
and events. (See Attached Annex “A” FODC Presentation as
of July 5, 2019).

FODC reported the actual progress as of 05 July 2019:

a. Construction Update

 DCI presented the breakdown of the percentage balance of


works with committed completion date per FODC.
 FODC confirmed that balance of works was affected by
procurement of Fire Suppression System with a percentage of
1.21% which is affected by target delivery on September
2019. FODC was already advised to closely monitored

procurement to expedite delivery.


 DCI instructed FODC to print as-built plans in A0 size and submit
these hard copies together with the e-files in a flash drive for
transmittal to ULI.
 DCI presented tabulation of punchlists and target completion of
rectification works to the team. (See Annex “C” – Site
Development and Tempfacil Punchlists). FODC to have these
items closed as committed.

4.1.2. CP02 General Construction Works Update


FODC reported the actual progress for CP02 General
Construction Works as of 05 July 2019.

a. Design Update

 FODC to submit formal SUT for the mock up of roof eaves.


 FODC informed that they will submit within the day formal SUT 16 Jul
for the cooling tower support. FODC also mentioned
procurement of steel has commenced and started cutting of
steel.
 FODC committed to submit revised CSD (1st – 3rd batch) on
16 July 2019.

 DCI advised FODC to provide mock up sample and costing of


the 2 options (stainless and aluminum) for insulated panel
coving.
 DCI reiterated and informed FODC to collate and reproduce all
revised/updated structural drawings by ENA and have it
printed.
 FODC informed that ENA’s proposed location of
Accelerograph is on gridline 3/B. DCI advised to provide a
hard copy for formal documentation and ready reference.
FODC noted.
 ULI asked to qualify on brochures the required
specifications of the Accelerograph given by the local
government.

b. Construction Update
 See attached Annex “A” (FODC Presentation as of July 5,
2019 pp.9-15) for the accomplishments on erection works.
 FODC presented the option for the curved roof termination.
PTG agreed to have FODC to do a mock up for two (2) options
to fulfill the architectural intent for the project. More so, FODC
shall proceed with the construction of the roofing (GL C to I)
per original intent since this is not part of the curved roof.
 Roll form equipment expected to be here on site within the
week. FODC informed that they will start roofing works on 15
July 2019 as committed.
 See attached Annex “A” (FODC Presentation as of July 5,
2019 pp.7-8,16-18) for the accomplishments on SOG
concreting works and CHB laying.
 See attached Annex “A” (FODC Presentation as of July 5,
2019 pp.19-21) for the accomplishments on MEPFS utilities.
FODC to expedite activities which includes hanger and support
installation for MEPF utilities at Utility building and ensure
material resources availability.
 OSM/E Delivery Update
 DCI informed that fuel storage tank by CUMMINS was
delivered on 08 July 2019, already lifted and positioned to
its containment. CUMMINS committed to complete works
from mounting of the bracket until testing on 20 July 2019.
Also, they have mentioned that generator set ETA on site is
on Friday, 12 July 2019 and asked assistance from FODC
for the clearing of area for access.
 NEW BAC informed that ETA on site of the cooling tower is
22 July 2019, to schedule an ocular inspection next week.
112. Quality Management
DCI reminded FODC to close all pending NTC and invite DCI for joint
inspection and transmit the responded document for closing. (Refer to
Annex “B” DCI Presentation pp. 11-14) NTC tabulation is as follows:

For SUMO-CP02-NTC-017, FODC informed that the floor hardener

concreted SOG, and is subject for qualification. DCI mentioned that


FODC has elevation laser level used on checking levelness of SOG.
133. Schedule Management
133.1. Updated Project Schedule (UPS) was discussed by FODC in
their presentation. (See Attached Annex “A” FODC Presentation as
of July 5, 2019 pp. 2-5).
133.2. FODC presented their Look Ahead/Projected Schedule for the
following week. (See Attached Annex “A” FODC Presentation as of
July 5, 2019 pp. 22-25). DCI advised FODC to resubmit new
sequence methodology of SOG concreting works within the week.
133.3. DCI reminded FODC that Submittal Schedule update together
with their Look Ahead Schedule should be submitted every week
(Mondays) for monitoring. Submittals highlighted in red are overdue
items which require immediate attention because it may lead to
delay in installation.
ULI mentioned that fire protection accessories and materials should
also be approved by the safety officer of ULPC. FODC noted
(See Attached Annex “D” Submittal Schedule as of July 8, 2019).
133.4. FODC informed that requirements for the application of
permanent power for S-UMMO was submitted to MERALCO last 09
July 2019, for further assessment of MERALCO within 2 weeks
processing time.
133.5. ULI advised that manpower and material resources should be
strictly monitored and controlled and suggested to maximize
manpower during Sundays especially when catching up delays.
156. Cost Management
156.1. Progress Billing
DCI presented tabulation for the status of Progress Billing of FODC:

156.2. Change Order


156.2.1. DCI presented tabulation of FODC’s commitment on
submission of COP:

Pending COP mentioned above with negative variances will be
submitted by FODC on 13 July 2019.
156.3. DCI advised FODC that contract is subject for amendment to
reflect cost implications of approved change order proposals which is
processed by YLF.
179. Risk Management
179.1. No risk register has been discussed.

180. Safety Management


180.1. DCI recommend to close SNR’s immediately and comply on the
safety requirement as per DO13 and Occupation Health and Safety
Standard.
DCI discussed the SNR monitoring log: (See Attached Annex “B”
DCI Presentation p. 27)
CP02 General Construction Work

19 Jul
DCI informed that SUMO-CP02-SNR-037 (additional toilet facilities) is
for compliance of FODC until next week.
180.2. DCI presented the observations last safety walkthrough – PPE of
workers painting on the perimeter of Tempfacil and provision of
access ladders on scaffolds. (See Attached Annex “B” DCI
Presentation p. 29). FODC to note these items to prevent any
incidents to happen at site.
199. Other matters
199.1. DCI presented a drone video of the entire project site in
coordination with BMB.
