Electrification Works, Electrical Substation works, Addressable Fire Detection &
Alarm System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Electro-
Mechanical Works, Communication & Security System and Fuel Hydrant Works.

4. WORK OBJECTIVE OF 4th QUARTER AND CURRENT MONTH

• To prepare shop drawings of electro-mechanical services as per submitted

SHOP DRAWING SCHEDULE with BUCG architectural drawings approved by
CAAB.
• To Prepare Method of Statements & RMC for materials as per submitted
SHOP DRAWING SCHEDULE of E&M service that needs to be installed on site
with relation to the work program.
• To carry out the construction works in line with civil works with approval from
CAAB & Consultant. For this purpose, all relevant document approval from
CAAB/Consultant and necessary activities such as material approval,
procurement, materials inspection etc. to be carried out as per the construction
timeline. At the beginning of each month, Aeroness will prepare and submit the
monthly E&M Micro Schedule with respect to the monthly civil construction
work micro schedule.
• In this quarter, the underground route for Utility tunnel, Duct bank and/or
other services is to be prepared and proposed to client to secure approval.
Otherwise, preparation of the other shop drawings will be hampered in near
future.
• Power distribution system and Utility building also need to be verified
unofficially by CAAB, with help from Ex. En. Mr. Arif. After that, we can proceed to
submit officially through consultant.
• To prepare and submit technical proposal, shop drawing, brand approval
documents for airport specialized services with respect to civil construction work
and site requirement.

5. WORK OF THIS WEEK
• Escalator & Elevator:
o Escalator & Elevator relevant drawings: Meeting with MOVILIFT Personal
from Italy, has been conducted on 13-Oct-2022. MOVILIFT is preparing
drawing and document as per BUCG guidance. Target Date 22-10-2022.
• Cold Storage System of CTB:
o Draft Technical proposal has been shared with BUCG by Whatsapp on 17-
Oct-2022. Actual submission Target Date 21-10-2022.
• Shop Drawing Works (Target):
o Shop drawings to be prepared and submitted as per shop drawing schedule

• PTB Grounding system drawing (Submitted):
o PTB Grounding system drawings Rev 02 has been submitted on 02-Oct-
2022. Waiting for feedback.
• Pre embedment pipe layout (Draft Submitted):
o Pre embedment drawings for ADM building work has been shared for
review by Whatsapp on 16-Oct-2022.
• FHS:
o A coordination meeting has been held on 16-10-2022. Will submit the RFI
by today.
o Foreign design contractor will come here in Sylhet by 21-10-2022
• STP WTP:
o The sub-contractor has submitted the technical proposal.
o Aeroness has checked the submittal, Preparing the presentation.
o Target submission date 22-10-2022 (WTP)
o Target submission date 24-10-2022 (STP)
• Baggage Handling System: RFI regarding the meeting is shared.

• PBB: As per the information getting from CAAB, CE Sir will review the letter by this
week.

• Admin Building Grounding System Work: AERONESS Started the Grounding System
Work for Admin Building. WIR No. OIA-BU-CA-EM-ADM-001.

• PTB Grounding System Work: Grounding system work for PTB is ongoing.

6. WORK PLAN OF NEXT WEEK
• Revise prepared drawings: (as per requirement)

o PTB Grounding system drawings (if consultant has any suggestion)
o To finalize technical proposal for CTB Cold Storage.
