Contractor

In summary the overall progress (S-Curve) is 5 months behind the revised schedule of October 2019. The

The schedule needs to be revised by the Contractor to include:

- BALINO Schedule (Manufacturing, Delivery, Erection and Commissioning) to be linked to powerhouse

- Consultant comments on activities logic, constraints, and critical path

The Contractor guarantees a COD on 31 October 2021 instead of 30 June 2021 (+ 4 months) and a

completion of civil and hydromechanical works on 30 June 2021.
