Green Bean Balloon Ice

Ingredients:

 100 grams of green beans


 100 grams of white sugar
 200 ml coconut milk (from 1/2 coconut)
 50 grams of brown sugar (fine comb)
 Salt to taste)
 50 grams of tapioca flour
 White water (to taste)
 Plastic ice packs (to taste)
 Ice waxes (can be rubber or raffia, to taste)

How To Make :
 Boil green beans with fresh water until they bloom.
 If the green beans have bloomed, add white sugar and brown sugar into it.
 Also add enough salt to make it taste even more savory. Cook until boiling.
 Add coconut milk and cook until boiling, stirring constantly.
 Melt tapioca flour with cold water then put it in the mung bean mixture.
 Cook until boiling while continuing to stir.
 Remove the green beans that have been cooked, allow to cool and print into a plastic ice lolly.
 Enter the green beans that have been wrapped in plastic in the freezer freezer, let stand at least 5
hours.
 Ice lolly is ready and ready to be served.
