Ingredients:

175 g Rice flour shifted


teaspoon salt
300 ml water
Omit
teaspoon pandan paste (green colouring)
50 g Sago flour
2 lady finger banana

Ingredients for the porridge:

800 ml coconut milk


50 g Rice flour
75 g caster sugar
Pandan leave, make a knot
teaspoon salt

Condiment:

Ice
100 ml red cocopandan syrup
Sweetened condensed milk
Jelly
Meises ceres
Chocolate
Sago pearls

Tools:
1. Knife
2. Spoon
3. Glass or cup

Steps:
1. First, mix together rice flour, salt, water, and green colouring, mix well.

2. Second, simmer and whisk it until thicken, set aside to cool.


3. Then, add sago flour and knead until smooth (dough), devide into 2
dough, roll about cm thick.
4. The next step, wrap each banana.
5. After that, boil wrapped banana until floating, drain, and set aside.
6. Next, meanwhile make the porridge.
7. And, for the porridge: mix coconut milk, rice flour, pandan leave, and
salt, simmer until thicken, set aside to cool.
8. Last step to serve (on the glass/cup) is cut the banana, add porridge.
9. Finally, additional topping ice and drizzle with syrup, meises ceres ,
sago pearls, jelly, and sweetened condense milk.ss
10. Yummy, the special green wrapped on ice is ready to serve.
