PROJECT PROPOSAL 1 : TRANSPORTATION HUB AT GURUVAYOOR
AIM: To propose a transportation hub which connects railways and bus terminals
at Guruvayoor.
SCOPE: Guruvayoor temple which is known as dwaraka of south, is an important
pilgrimage destination point. Due to improper segregation of private bus stands,
ksrtc stand and railway station, a transportation hub connecting these with other
lines is a necessary requirement. Also a need for lodges and shelters for pilgrims
during sabarimala season is an inevitable proposal. This should be a needy one for
future airport terminal proposal at Guruvayoor.
PROJECT PROPOSAL 2 : AYURVEDIC RESORT AND TOURIST VILLAGE AT CANOLY
CANAL(ENAMAVU KAYAL),THRISSUR
AIM: To propose a tourist village along the Enamavu kayal which is a part of
canoly canal, a water linkage canal.
SCOPE: Along with the new proposals which had already made up gradation of
the town, and had a great potential for tourist packages. This areas have same
potential of Kuttanad and Alappuzha tourist spots, and the current services shows
the importance.
PROJECT PROPOSAL 3 : AQUA PARK AT LAKSHADWEEP
AIM: To propose an aqua park including aquarium with global standards, aqua
museum, marine research centre, diving institute, island resorts and etc.
SCOPE: Lakshadweep which had known for its marine tourist spot, and had
potential for a diving institute. also the presence of coral reefs, varieties of
aquatic plants and animals make the place for marine research centre and a
museum.
PROJECT PROPOSAL 4: INTERNATIONAL SPORTS STADIUM AT THRISSUR
AIM: To propose an international level sports stadium at NH bye pass road,
Thrissur.
SCOPE: Thrissur which has great potential in having sports spirit, can also
accompany an international sports stadium. For the clear access, location can be
in NH bye pass road, with all international sports facilities.
