Fund Raising

On June 29, 2018 the Youth for Environmental in Schools

Organization ( YES-O ) Club Members and Officers are gathered on the
making of our first fund raising. We started first by assigning every
Youth for Environmental in Schools Organization ( YES-O) Club
Members and Officers for an organized and to be planned well for this
activity. But before we started this activity. But before we started the
activity we make sure that non of the Youth for Environmental in
Schools Organization (YES-O) Club Members and Officers, and
students are hurt. In order for them to enjoy the day safe and sound.

As we started our fund raising the students of SNNHS are

falling in line already for them to start their most exciting and fun
experience. As time ticks still many students are falling line. After the
fund raising the Youth for Environmental in Schools Organization
(YES-O) Club Members and Officers are so overwhelmed due to the
smiles of each and every students who entered the House of Horror.
 National Youth Science, Technology and
Environment Summer Camp
(NYSTESC)

It was an overwhelming time for the students of

Surigao Del Norte National High School as they attended the National
Youth Science Technology and Environment Science Camp
(NYSTESC) July 26-29, 2018 at Buhangin Davao City and D’Leonor
Inland Resort and Adventure Park.

Fourty Six students from SNNHS participated in the

National Science Camp. The students were supervised by Mrs. Romelina
Tan, Mrs. Enecita L. Lim, Mrs. Flordeluna Cagadas, Mrs. Marygrace
Nanol, and Mrs. Lydia F. Lavares.

At the camp the campers were having some subcamp

quizzes, work shops, cosplays, lectures, and other recreational activities.
The players which are the students are learning some new things about
Biogenetics, Biochemicals, Ergonomics.
 “Election of the Officers”

Leaders are expected to lead us, thus they should be

competent and responsible. In order for club to function and do well, it is
essential to assign leaders to help them achieve their election and so an
Election must take place. On the afternoon of June 21 st , 2018, an
election of officers was conducted at the Special Science Currculum
Building for every Science Clubs; Youth for Environment in Schools
Organization (YES-O), Young Researcher Club, Biological Club,
Laboratory Detectives Club, Biotechnology Club, Environmentalist
Club, Ecologist Club, Earth Science Enthusiast Club, and the Integrated
Science Club (ISC).

The several students of Surigao Del Norte National High

School (SNNHS) picked the clubs according to their choices and some
are assigned to that specific clubs and then they attend the election. The
YES-O Club Election was conducted in the Chemistry Laboratory. The
election went well seeing that most of the students participated in the
nominations. Now they have choosed their officers and now the officers
will proceed the election of ISC officers which was held at the
Chemistry Laboratory. Overall the said activity was successful because
of the help of the student and teacher’s participation.
