Dear Indian Trail Parents/Guardians:

Indian Trail Elementary invites you to attend Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 25th and
November 26th. We believe this is a meaningful time for you to get acquainted with your child’s teachers
as well as to learn something about your child’s experiences in the classroom. Conference times are:

Monday, November 25th 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Tuesday, November 26th 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Teachers will be available for 20-minute conferences. In addition, most of our resource teachers or
specialists will likely be joining the conference if they are working with your child. If you wish to meet
with a specials teacher (art, music, PE, library), you can drop in to see them before or after your
scheduled conference.

Conference Sign-Up:
Registration for conferences is open November 8th - November 22nd. Parents will sign up for conferences
online through the PTC Fall 19 link that will be sent to all families tomorrow morning, Friday, 11/8.

If you are out of town or not available to meet on the conference dates, we encourage you to sign up for
a conference slot and complete the conference over the phone.

Lost and Found:

Please stop by the tables outside the front office to pick up any items your child may have left behind at
school.
All items will be donated the first week in December.

Parking and Arrival for Conferences:

Due to the high volume of traffic on these days, please leave with plenty of time before the start of your
first conference. A few other reminders:
- All visitors will enter through the main entrance of the school (on St. John’s)
- Parking is available in the south lot on St. John’s.
