In consideration of your paying to use the sum of

final settlement in my/our claim for theft of my vehicle No.
KA05KF8672 under policy No. 0146813600 Issued by you. I/We
hereby assign, transfer and abandon to you my/our ruights against
any administration/ third person caused or arisin by reason of the
said damage to the loss of the vehicle/ stereo/ parts of the vehicle
and grant you full power to take and use all lawful ways and means
in your own name and otherwise at our risk and expenses to
recover the said damage or loss and I/we hereby subrogate to you
the same rights as we have in consequence of or arising from the
said loss or damage.

AND I/we hereby undertake and agree to make and execute at your
expenses all such further deeds, assignments and documents and
to render such assistance as you may reasonable require for the
purpose of carrying out this agreement
