Assalamu alaikum Dear parents.

May Allah (SWT)accept our effort and help us grow as a strong

Muslim community with a sound faith, knowledge and practice. We would like to draw your attention
to the following few things-

1. Student’s Study Material and Record:

We will prepare a file for each student which will contain their education materials and also a record

book for parents to have a look and sign it before the next class.

2. Attendance & Time maintenance:

Please Sign the attendance book both at the arrival and departure time, this will be kept outside the
room on a table. Strict time maintenance is highly appreciated as we are hiring the hall for a fixed
time and we want to utilise it properly.
Drop off: 6:30 PM Pick up: 08:00 PM

3. No food/drink in the Classroom:

Please do not send any food or drink (even water) with the kid. we will provide water from the
centre if needed.

4. Parents are strongly encouraged not to stay in the Classroom:

Our priority is to maintain the quality education. This requires quality environment for which we
encourage the parents not to stay in the room while the class is on. Parents can wait in the common
place or can leave and come later to pick up. We believe that qualified teacher is the centre of the
quality education. We are trying our best to maintain the quality.

5. Special-Need Students:
Please let us know if your child has any special conditions and needs special care.
We do encourage you to send the Ventolin inhaler (Blue one) if your child has asthma.
6. Your valuable Suggestions:
At this very beginning we need your continuous doa, support and suggestions. Feedback and
suggestions are welcome. Please email or test or call us if you have any.
