Company Overview on the project

Designing a hotel is privilege. In addition to meeting a need for temporary lodging, the hotel offers
a gateway through which we may discover the city or the neighborhood where we are staying and
experience a different way of life. After all, the hotel stay is an important part of what we
remember about our travels, and it contributes to whether we have a positive memory of a city.

When we design a hotel, we try to integrate the structure with the surrounding built environment
by taking inspiration from the neighborhood. A few elements will give it a distinctive flavor.

HOTEL AND RESORT PROFILE

“We are all visitors in this moment and place. We are just passing by. We came to observe, to learn, to
grow, to love and then to go home”

Beaches and mountains, forests and cities, heroes and simple people, real landscapes or imaginary
paradises represent today the dreams of millions of people. The tourism became nowadays the number
one of all the economical activities in the world. From the 20th century, the mobility is more and more
pronounced, to stay in a hotel became a way of life for a large category of people and for tourists an
entertainment associated with relaxation.

Located in the heart of tourism in Brgy. Sungay, the 13-hectare integrated Empyrean Hotel and Resort
was envisioned to be one of the most significant urban hotel designed for those that seek the trends and
glamorous lifestyle in the new decade.

The design concept was to create a distinct yet harmonious space throughout the hotel and resort. Playing
on themes such as glamour, luxury and sophistication, the design team incorporated modern design
element and the latest amenities through smart building and technologies.

The project intends to satisfy the need of accommodation of executives, tourists and visitors, in an area
of high development like Tagaytay, offering commodity and tranquility for any guest in a hotel, whether
he is a national citizen or a foreigner.

Each project is unique and has to be capable to satisfy our dreams and wishes, to be capable to reproduce
and to build places that provide the vital connecting tissue between ambitions of the hotel developer and
the dreams of the consumer.

Empyrean (hotel’s name)

Logo (hotel’s logo)

At first glance, the logo looks like

a crown which symbolizes royalty
and superiority. A crown is a
traditional symbolic form of
headwear worn by a monarch or
by a deity, for whom the crown traditionally represents power, legitimacy, victory, triumph,
honor, and glory. Crowns are usually associated with royal power; making the object the perfect
 logo choice for businesses that are aiming high in the industry. As I was saying, at first glance, the
logo may seems look like a crown which is true, but actually, it is also a star that indicates the
building form or configuration of the hotel. The logo is a five pointed star which represents the
Empyrean Hotel and Resort being a five-star hotel and it has three bigger pointed region or star
tails that signifies the three main tower or building of the structure. Also, a star-shaped logo and
structure denotes excellence quality in all aspects which the Empyrean Hotel and Resort will be
known for. The logo and the building itself signifies superiority; that the hotel and resort will reign
the Tagaytay Mountain and its skyline and will give its guests and consumers the experience of
royalty, luxury, and elegance. Even the logo’s color which is ‘gold’ speaks for its sophistication
and class.
