What is a teacher?

Teacher is person who gives you not only the knowledge but also inspiration to live.It is a
perfect actor, who has his stage in the classroom. Teacher is the second parent of a child. A true
teacher is one who makes his student super thirsty for the knowledge.

Types:
-kindergarten teacher
-primary school teacher
-secondary school teacher
- high school teacher
- university teacher

Types of teachers and according on the subject taught:

Romanian teacher, mathematics, music, biology, English.

Duties and responsibilities:

To adapt knowledge to students’ differences in development, learning styles, strengths and
needs.
To provides opportunities for students to apply and practice what is learned.
Creating and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
To be punctual and be available in the school during official working hours.
Evaluate and document students’ progress.
Communicate with parents about student progress.
Provide feedback

Teachers play important roles in students' lives. Teachers are best known for the role of
educating students who are placed in their care. Beyond that, teachers serve many other roles in
the classroom. Teachers set the tone for classrooms, build a warm environment, guide and
nurture students, become role models.
