TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This event is free for all. Registration is mandatory. This e-ticket must be presented in print or electronic format on entry.
2. There will be no facility to print e-ticket at the venue. Those unable to show their registration QR code in print or on their device will be denied entry
to the festival grounds.
3. Due to the ongoing Metro construction work, heavy traffic is expected. You are advised to plan accordingly to avoid missing the sessions.
4. No bags will be allowed at the venue. Wallets or purses must be smaller than 5”x10”.
5. Lighters, matches, cigarettes and any tobacco-related products will not be allowed at the venue.
6. No items of food or drink will be allowed from outside. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.
7. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove anyone from the premises at their discretion at any point during the festival.
8. The organisers will not take any responsibility for loss or theft of any personal belongings, or any loss, injury or damage to the holder of this ticket.
9. The organisers reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and also reserve the right to confiscate any item which may cause
danger or disruption at the festival.
10. Children less than 12 years of age are required to be supervised by an adult at all times.
11. The venue will be covered by CCTV and film cameras. Registration to the event signifies automatic consent of the holders (including minors) to the
photographing, filming and sound recording of themselves as attendees of the festival with no obligation to the organisers of the event.
