Stadium): Venue Terms and Conditions:
1. Please print a copy of this ticket to carry to the venue for scanner verification purposes, one ticket will
grant access for one-person only.
2. The Ticket-Holder shall carry with them to the Venue, the phone with the registered mobile number,
their identification documentation [National ID]. The Tickets may be subject to verification by OTP on the
registered mobile number at the Venue.
3. This event is free for all. Registration is a prerequisite, once the ticket is verified and authenticated it
cannot be reused to enter the venue.
4. Gates will open at 1.30 pm BST.
5. Children under the age of 13 will not be allowed to enter the Venue.
6. Bags are not permitted inside the Venue.
7. Outside food and drink will not be allowed. Food and Beverages will be made available at the Venue for
purchase.
8. Food or drink purchased at the Venue will be allowed only at the Food Court present at the Venue.
9. Entry is limited basis the Ticket issued and admittance will only for Ticket-holders.
10. In case of natural disaster or any other unavoidable circumstances authority have the right to reallocate the venue.
11. Organizers, at their discretion, reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Venue, person or people deemed as security threats,
elements of disturbance, displaying inappropriate behavior or displaying any other behavior that may cause a security issue at the Venue.
12. The Ticket Holder will undergo a security search at the time of entry into the Venue. In the event that the Organizers determine in their
discretion, that any items are found on the person of the Ticket Holder, which may cause danger to the persons present at the Venue, then the
Organizers shall have the right to confiscate the same from the Ticket-holder for disposal and the same will not be allowed inside the Venue.
The Organizers may also conduct random searches during the Event for the same purposes.
13. The Venue will be under the monitoring of CCTV Cameras and there will be film cameras present as well. Attending the event at the Venue
signifies that the Ticketholder has given consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as a member of the audience and for the use
of such filmed content in any promotional material, free of charge and consent to the organizers using their name and image in promotional
materials, if any.
14. Organizers take no responsibility in the event of any loss or theft of property or personal belongings of the Ticketholder.
15. Smoking, drinking, consumption of drugs or any other illegal activities are not permitted at the Venue.
16. Any kind of video or sound recording, other than as carried out by the Organizers, is not permitted at the Venue. In the event of any such
recording being made, Organizers reserve the rights to confiscate such devices.
17. Audience is requested to keep their phones in silent mode during the event.
18. There will be no car parking facilities at the Venue.
19. In the event of any dispute with respect to this Ticket or at the Venue, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
20. Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and
obligations of the Ticket-holder and/or the Organizers of this event, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
Bangladesh.
