 Founded in 1983 by the current president CORTI ESTERINO, CORTI ZOOTECNICI has been growing
steadely and rapidly. In 1991, Corti purchased Rodari s.r.l one of its competitors and a leading drinker manu-
facturer since 1961. This acquisition allowed Corti Zootecnici to quickly become one of the major drinker system
and poultry accessories manufacturer in the world . Later on, in 1995, the company moved its headquarters to
MONVALLE, ITALY, this uniting most of the production process under one roof.

lasting materials; as a result, our work has produced
highly experienced and specialized levels in a variety of
technological sectors.

Lathes Division: is fully automated and equip-

ped with high precision lathes, some of which digitally
controlled, for manufacturing stainless steel valves and
nipples.

Extrusion division : where we produce pipes,

rigid and flexible plastic profiles, and our most recent pro-
duct : a complete line of flat plates and belts for chicken-
manure removal.

 FLOOR DRINKING SYSTEMS
Our floor watering systems are the result of a long experience, they have been projected to give all advantages for the utilizer: robustness, functiona-
lity. Our new technology permits to have the softest nipple with less than 1gr of opening effort, perfect water metering, longlasting, quality, high flow
rate, (more than 200gr/min) even without need of drip cup, a new flushing bypass system that can start through a simple movement. The systems are
available in 4 solutions, obtained through the combination of 2 systems of support bar and 2 systems of PVC pipe .

The first of these combinations is: galvanized stabilizer bar with PVC round pipe, using snap drinkers without drip
cup to offer a robust system and the best quality-price rate.

The second combination is: aluminium stabilizer bar with PVC square pipe, using stainless steel nipple 360° side
action. The very long duration of the advantages of the system, due to a long life of stainless steel nipple, allows a
precise water rate for your birds, with a slow effort (using the 4002T valve you will obtain the softest opening effort
less than 1 gr) to guarantee the best system of drinking without stress for your birds; using the 4002H valve you will
have a dry litter even without a drip cup, while the 4002HH will give you the maximum performance in flow rate .
