TESTING PROCEDURE TO MEASURE THE APPILICANTS QUALIFICATION

There are various types of tests that can help you gather information regarding a
candidate's fitness for the position you're trying to fill.
Some of the more well-known tests for job applicants that you may be considering
include:
Achievement Tests
The achievement test determines what the applicant already knows. Use
achievement tests to pick out those applicants who already possess a special skill or
knowledge needed to perform a job. Therefore, achievement tests are usually the most
reliable and valid at predicting actual job performances.
Aptitude Tests
Aptitude tests can measure general intelligence, space visualization,
mathematical aptitude, verbal conceptualization, and other capabilities. You might want
to consider using aptitude tests if you need to measure a person's capabilities and
potential.
Physical Ability and Agility Tests
Physical ability and agility tests assess an applicant's endurance, strength, or
overall physical fitness needed to perform actual or simulated job-related tasks. They
simply measure an applicant's ability to perform a task.
Personality Tests
This measures your character and behavior this will establish your maturity as a
person, social skill, and etc.
Honesty Tests
This test is quite a difficulty in ones standard this is to measure if you are honest and
having a fear of something. This test is usually done by doing true or false questions.
Job Applicant Drug Testing
Drug testing is often a requirement for people applying for a job. Employers may
use several different drugs and alcohol tests. Commonly, urine tests, blood test, breath
tests, saliva tests, and sweat tests are used to detect the presence of drugs and
alcohol.
