1. Digital Materials are to be subscribed online separately by the parent and/or student directly through the
website of the provider (such as Coursera.org and Saylor.org) for a separate fee or for free depending on the
provider (NOT INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL TUITION FEE OR REGISTRATION FEE.). Parents and Student have to
give Harvest Christian School International (HCSI) its username and password for every digital provider
prescribed in order for the learning of students be accredited or approved by HCSI and allow HCSI and its
Homeschool Adviser access the parent’s and student’s accounts. The Digital Materials, which are web-based
homeschool/online learning curriculum, provided through by different providers hence a personal desktop or
laptop computer or notebook, duly connected to the internet, is needed for the student and parent access the
curriculum.
2. Local Textbooks/E-books/Quipper costs are based on estimates, price may change without prior notice.
Airfreight costs for local textbooks are still not included in the abovementioned amount. Local Textbooks/E-
books will be supplied directly by Harvest Christian School International (HCSI).
 3. Exchange rate to be used for charging will be based on the actual exchange rate at the time of enrollment.
4. Enrollment in Senior High School (Level 11 and 12) is per Annual/School Year basis but its subject placement
is by Semester basis.
