Subject : PROPOSAL TO SELL SCRAP ELECTRICAL WIRES

As the scrap materials in our branch are getting increase in number, we came up with the
solution of selling the materials that are acceptable to scrap buyer. We noticed that there’s a lot of
electrical wire that are not being used already and we need to clean the electrical room and we don’t
have enough space to stock all wires and also it’s not safe to use it anymore for safety purposes. Thus,
we look for a scrap buyer where we can sell the scraps. And we found a buyer for the scraps but they
will buy it for a package deal, because they cannot estimate the price for per kilo, because of the

Proposal Price:

Small wires: 2000 PESOS

Big wires: 4000 PESOS

Total price: 6000 PESOS
