Djuanda University, Indonesia and (Institution), (Country) hereby concludes an agreement as follows, with
mutual respect, benefit and equality as a general rule and for the purpose of academic development and
enhancement of friendship for both universities/parties.
I. Both universities/parties encourage the following exchange activities:
1) Students interaction
2) Teaching staff interaction
3) Academic and cultural exchange
4) Educational and academic information/material exchange
5) Collaborative research and joint academic meetings
6) Entrepreneurship Development
II. Both universities shall discuss the specific activities and reach the mutual agreement prior to the actual
practice.
III. The International Affairs Office of Djuanda University and (Institution) shall be both responsible for the
interactions on behalf of both universities and cooperate with each other for the practice of the agreement.
IV. The validity period of this agreement shall be five years from the date of signing, however, it may be
automatically extended if there is no revision by document or the notice of termination until six months
before the expiration.
V. This agreement is written as a document in English and each university keep one copy.
