Introduction
The skills needed of electrical installation maintenance of Polonuling National High School
are lead to job creation and self-reliance as lack of employment in the future. Process of skills
development of mental acquisition of knowledge (practical & physical, social abilities,
competencies, theoretical) which is one of the goals and as well as the preparation for the college
education. The study adopted descriptive (survey) researcher. The instruments was validated by
three experts. The research includes, electrical installation maintenance work skills like Planning
the tools needed, effectiveness use of materials, inspection of electrical installation,
interpretation of wiring drawing and highly needed for creation. Government should endeavour
to finance and equip electrical college workshop to encourage more training and equipment of
student with necessary skills for job creation and skills needed of grade10 in PNHS.

Research Questions
The study was aim to determine the skills needed of grade 10. Specifically it sought to
answer question:

1. What is the level of grade 10 skills acquired by the students?


2. Is there a significant relationship between academic performance and skills acquired
by the students?

Significance of the Study


This research is important because it helps and guide the students of grade-10 to
determine the importance of skills needed for job creation.

Scope and Limitations


This study are focused on the electrical installation maintenance skills needed of grade
10 students of Polonuling National High S to determine what and how they will manage and
what skills they use to make a job creation.
Research Design
This research used correlation research that aim to collect the information regarding the
technical skulls of grade-10 students. Quantitative research was used to find study with
adequate and accurate interpretation and finding. This methods involved range from the survey
on level of skills of grade 10 students, technical skills can be acquire through technology
education.

Sampling
The sampling procedure that I used is a type stratified random sampling skills and
technique because only the EIM students of Polonuling National High School were considered
as the respondents of the study. Technical skills can be acquire through technology education.

Research Instruments and Data Collection


The instrument and data collection I present was the preparation of job creation of grad
EIM in PNHS.
