Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City

Ma’am:

I write in behalf of my client, Jane Geronimo, the matter of non-performance of

your obligation.

On November 15, 2018, my client had signed a photography contract with you to
cover/document her wedding ceremony which took place at Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro
City on December 21, 2018. Such contract provides, among others:

xxx

5. Photographs shall be delivered to the Client saved on DVD copies, complete raw
+ edited. Clients can ask for free DVD copies until 6 months.

xxx

8. The Photographer will update the client regarding the final edited outputs
within 3-4 months after the event, and 4-6 months in album deliveries depending if
it is a peak season or not. The photographer is not responsible for any delays of the
album availability due to the quantity of the album supplier’s clients.

xxx

It must be noted that no such photographs or DVDs was delivered to my client

up-to-date despite full payment of the amount corresponding to the engagement of your
services and the passing of 6 months since the wedding ceremony covered. Several
demands were made upon you but all were unheeded. It has been past 6 months already
and no updates on the outputs were heard from you.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to perform your

obligation as stated in the contract within 15 days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise,
we will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect the interest
of my client. Be informed that enforced action to collect this obligation will result in
additional legal costs to you.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the
expense and inconvenience of litigation.

Yours Truly,

ATTY. ARMAN I. HERMAN
