Work Experience .

 Working in Common Effluent Treatment Plant at “RAMKY PHARMA CITY INDIA LIMITED”,
Visakhapatnam, as Graduate engineering trainee in operations department since 11
months. (MAR 2017- present)

Project works .

DESIGN OF FIRE AND GAS DETECTION FOR PROCESS PLANT: (NOV 2015-
DEC2015), SAIPEM INDIA PROJECTS LIMITED, CHENNAI.
Fire and gas detection systems are designed to mitigate unexpected events. They are used to detect
the flammable or toxic gases released from the leaks. They are used for the early detection of fire
to prevent the escalation. In this project I have allocated fire and gas detection system for the sulfur
recovery unit and for entire plant ,visual and audible alarms are also allocated and detailed
engineering is been done on the loss prevention and environment.

Characterization of essential oils and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH)

by GC & GC-MS :( JUNE 2015), BIOLOGICAL E. LIMITED (AR&D), HYDERABAD.
In this project I have done method development of enaxoprine and heparin sodium by using
solvent DMF & DMSO, and composition of palmarosa oil and eucalyptus oil is been identified by
using GC& GC-MS.

Optimization & Studies on extraction of Palma Rosa oil by steam distillation

(SEP 2013-FEB 2014), G.V.P. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (A), VISAKHAPATNAM.
In this project I have extracted the palmarosa oil through steam distillation, and optimization is also
done by using design of experiments. Analysis of extracted oil is been done by using gas
chromatography. Solvent extraction is also done for removing the secondary essential oil by using
n-heptane as a solvent.
