DEED OF MUBARAAT

DIVORCE DEED WITH MUTUAL CONSENT.

THIS DEED OF MUBARAAT/ DIVORCE DEED WITH MUTUAL


CONSENT is made at on this ___day of November 2019,

BETWEEN

s hereinafter called the First Party.

AND

is hereinafter called the Second Party.

WHEREAS both the Parties are Muslims, their Marriage, Divorce and
Custody of Children are governed by Muslim Law. Their marriage was
performed and

AND WHEREAS the due to unavoidable circumstances disputes had


arisen between them within years of their marriage, both the parties tried
their level best to resolve their issues but failed. Thus both the Parties
amicably decided to put this relationship to an end and the First Party
agreed to the “Khula”

After nearly six months both the Parties re-married with each other as per
the Muslim customs, circumstances disputes have arisen between the
parties. Irreconcilable differences between the Parties had caused the
irremediable breakdown of their marriage.

AND WHEREAS BOTH THE PARTIES THAT IS THE First Party AND
THE Second Party have amicably decided to put this relationship to an
end by eed is signed by both the Parties it will mean acceptance of Divorce
by both the Parties, they both will be discharged from their marriage with
mutual consent and the dissolution of their Marriage will be complete as
per Muslim Law and it will operate as talaq-ul-bain or irrevocable divorce.

WHEREAS out of the said wedlock, they have three children, two sons

all their disputes relating to their Marriage, Divorce and Custody of their
Child on the following Terms and Conditions:

1. That the marriage between both the Parties was solemnized on 7th
May 2019, but due to unavoidable circumstances they are Divorced
on execution of this deed.

That after the Divorce the Second Party has taken all her belongings
including her Gold Jewellery from the First Party and that as of today there
are no Articles, Goods, Belongings etc. to be taken from the
