Music: The first kind of music that appeared in Italy was the Opera and It is the most important
kind of music there, The Opera appeared in 1957 and in the seventies appeared a movement
called progressive rock that gave different music.

Some Italian singers are Luciano Pavarotyi, Andrea Bocelli, Francesco Cavalli, Claudio Monteverdi,
Laura Pausini.

Painting: In Italy the painting is very important and from there are a lot of amazing painters for
example Leonardo Da’Vinci, Miguel Angel but since 18th century the paints is falling because the
artists are trying to copie previous pictures.

The poor: About 18% of the total poblation in Italy are poor, In numbers we can say that 11 million
and also the poor is rising without stop.

soccer.

SOCCER: The Italian soccer Italian is one of the most successful teams in Europe, for example It has
won four Fifa World Cups and Italy has got different club of football like Juventus, Inter de Milán,
Atlanta and others.

CYCLING: Bicycle racing is a very familiar sport in the country, The Giro d'Italia is a cycling race
held every May, for the Colombian people is so important this competition because some
Colombian cyclist have won the tour.
