Nomophobia is the fear of being without your smartphone and it affects 40% of the
population. The phones have become not just an object, and it is also the best friend
for many people. Many people suffer from anxiety when they lose their phone only
for a few minutes.
At the dinner table, it's becoming the normal to check texts, emails, tweets and
Facebook posts. In these times, people sleep with their phones and wake up with
them. And many people think "I must always have my phone with me" and it has
become such a real problem, this problem is known as nomophobia.
Today, people don't talk to friends or family and they always spend time with their
