NAME OF PROJECT : Social Media Live Streaming Equipment and

Set-up

TARGET DATE : 07 November 2019

l. OBJECTIVE:

1. To promote and spread the devotion to the Holy Family and the Holy Face thru social
media platforms;
2. To develop and strengthen the skills and talents of the youth in media and
creative arts; and,
3. To enable the members of the community who are not able to attend the mass
physically (PWDs, sick and elderly, etc.) to celebrate and feel the presence of the
Holy Family and Holy Face in their homes.

MANAGEMENT ASPECT:

1. The media live streaming equipment installation shall comprise of two (2) phases:
cable connections and on-site equipment set-up.
a. Cable connections
i. The media live streaming requires an internet speed of 25 Mbps which
can be provided by the internet connection of the Parish via Ethernet
(LAN) connection. This requires direct connection of the modem
router to the Laptop/PC.
ii. The Laptop/PC shall be directly connected to the audio mixer of the
Parish in order to clearly capture all the audio reception during
celebrations.

b. On-site equipment set-up

i. There should be a fixed location for the media live stream set-up.
Space allotment should be able to accommodate a Laptop/PC, tripod,
camera, and sound system connection.

2. The complete installation of the media live streaming equipment shall require 2-3
persons in the first phase. Once all the cable connections have been set and fixed, the
second phase can already be operated by one (1) person only.

ll. MECHANICS

The full set-up of the social media live streaming shall comprise of the following equipment.
Option A consists of all the equipment needed for a full set-up. Option B is for immediate
response to the upcoming celebration of the Sagrada Familia Parish Fiesta in case Option A
could not be provided yet by the Parish since some members of the Music Ministry and LCM
can lend their own laptop and smart phone to get by with one event; however, the quality of the
streaming is very unsatisfactory.
