TECHNICAL ASPECT

4.1 Business Location

The proposed Business will be located at Le Gre building 2nd floor, in front of NDTC

Centrum1 Lapu- lapu Street Tacurong City where in it is accessible and convenient for

costumers that makes it as an advantage to the business. The building will be rented and

been agreed between the partners and the owner of the building.

Mode of Acquisition

The proponents decided to rent at Le Gre Building 2nd floor, Tacurong City that will

be paid monthly amounting to P10,000.

4.2 Description of Service

Source of the Service

The fish (Garra Rufa) that will be used for the service will be purchased from Brush

& Tone Body Station, a trusted dealer from Tagum City and the equipment for the

massage and spa will be purchased in City Hardware of Tacurong City and also through

the online shop Lazada.

Analyzing the Product Life Cycle

Research and Development

Coolax Fish Spa & Massage Therapy will offer a unique type of foot spa that will

attract customers. A place with a refreshing ambience for the relaxation. Proponents will

hire massage therapist with NCII certificate in massage therapy for better service. In

addition, proponents will also consider the feedback and suggestions of the customers if

any, for the development of the service.

Introduction and Launch

Coolax Fish Spa & Massage Therapy will establish friendly relationship not only

with the employees but also with its costumer. With this relationship, customers will be

eager to comeback and share their experience in Coolax Fish Spa and Massage Therapy.

The proposed business will also offer amenities to customers for more convenience.
Growth and Maturity Exploitation

As the revenue and profit starts to increase, the proponents will keep the price and

quality of service the same during this stage to attract more customers. Also, the

proponents will work in the development and innovations of the service at this stage.

Decline and Death

Every business can experience the decline stage wherein earnings is decreasing.

New strategy tactics or techniques will be needed for the recovery of the business and to

capture the attention of more customers.the proponents decide to franchise the business

in some of the city here in socsargen region for the expantion of the business and to still

remain on the market.

4.4. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

The Standard operating Procedure of Coolax Fish Spa & Massage Therapy

intends to create smooth workflow, meet deadlines, make reasonable profits and keep

business growing. The business will operate seven days a week. It opens at 9:00 am

which is the goal is to serve and meet the wants and expectations of the customers in

earliest time possible. The employees go to their respective areas when they arrive,

prepare and check all necessary things needed. Massage therapists and spa assistants

will take turns in maintaining the cleanliness of the place before opening, during working

hours and before closing. Receptionist requires to make an inventory before closing time

and to do cash counting before and after working. Coolax Fish Spa & Massage Therapy

will close at exactly 10:00 pm. These all will serve as a daily routine of the business.
4.5 Mode of Acceptable Payment

The mode of acceptable payment of Coolax Fish Spa & Massage Therapy is

through cash to cash. It will be much easier for the customers if payment will be received

first before giving service to the customers.

4.7 Service Process

Customers can make appointment using telephone or


can be walk- in customers

Customers will enter the establishment

The Receptionist will cordially greet the customers

Customers waits for the staffs

Customer is seen by the employees with consultation

Customer receives services based on their preference

Service is completed and payment is made

Service process of the proposed business is the customers can make appointment

through telephone or through going to the establishment. Process starts with customer

enters the establishment. Receptionist will cordially greet the customer and accommodate

him and will wait for the employees that will service him. Then, customer will be seen by

employees with consultation because it’s better to serve a person according to his

preferences. Finally, if service is completed payment is made.


4.8 Quality Control

Coolax Fish Spa & Massage Therapy quality control revolve around two aspect;

Customers and Service offered. The business method and strategies to maintain the

quality is to have a friendly, safe and clean environment for the customers. This objective

can be achieved by making great emphasis to smiling, greeting and tending to the

customers wants to avail in the establishment. Ensure to always have the safety and the

highest level of hygiene is well maintained. Most importantly, making sure that all staffs

is well- trained to reach the quality expectations of the customers.
