About the author

Dr. B. S. Manoj, is currently Professor and Head of Avioincs Department,
Indian Institute of Space science and Technology (IIST), Trivandrum,
India. Prior to joining IIST, he was with the University of California
San Diego, San Diego, USA. He received his PhD in Computer Science
and Engineering from the Department of Computer Science and
Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India, in 2004.
