(iaitu, apa yang PMI, CAF dan seterusnya), permudahkan maklumat
dalam artikel SMART. Gunakan perisian pemprosesan perkataan untuk
tujuan ini.

The first step is to be Specific in choosing and making your goals. This
is important because it helps you identify what you would like to
accomplish.The next step is Measurable and relates to identifying ways
that you can measure progress in terms of achieving your goals.
Unattainable goals will only discourage you so the next important step
is to make an Attainablegoal.However, making your goals somewhat
challenging will motivate you to achieve more than what you are
currently now working on.It is important for this step to make sure your
goals are Realistic. Creating a goal of having a job in a specialized field
before you leave school can be somewhat unrealistic. Typically,
students find jobs between 4-8 months out of school so make sure you
keep this in mind when planning your career goals.Ask for feedback
from peers, teachers, and faculty. Gaining another person’s perspective
on your goals will help you plan them better.The last and most critical
step is creating and implementing your goals in a Timely manner. Set up
a calendar and manage it constantly. Set up benchmarks/deadlines for
reaching the smaller parts of your main goal.
Now, when you put all of these steps together you should have a very
good goal
plan.
