Title of the Activity: 2ND QUARTER RECOGNITION RITES

Meeting Objectives/Agenda:
1. To award and give certificate to students who got 90 and above average during the
first quarter.
2. To award and give certificate to students who has a perfect attendance for the first
quarter.

Narrative Report:
The adviser successfully conducted the awarding ceremony on the 2ND QUARTER
RECOGNITION RITES at Can-avid National High school participated by parents and
students. The discussions during the said activity are the following.
1. The students who got a general point average of 90 and above for the first
quarter was given a certificate of recognition.
2. The students who got a perfect attendance for the whole 1st quarter were given
a certificate of recognition.
3. The Adviser present the reports cards of her students to their parents and retrieve
immediately after affixing their signatures.
4. The adviser discussed with each parents the performance of her students during
the first quarter.
