Sales Operations Intern, May - August 2019

Organized, edited, and improved NetApp’s Sales Operations account database for the US Public Sector, which includes; Civilian,
Department of Defense, Intelligence, State/Local Government and Education field sales. Provided the Sales Operations team with vital
analytical information regarding essential business functionality areas and accounts.

• Conducted research and analysis on NetApp’s large account database using Excel by breaking out the data into pivot tables.
• Communicated with the District Managers for each sector regarding accounts and user preferences for account organization
and realignment.
• Utilized Excel’s VLOOKUP function while cross-referencing accounts.
• Submitted the organized account structure to the Ascend CRM team to be implemented into the platform.
• Presented a comprehensive report to employees and senior leadership showing quantitative data and discussing territorial
