WORK EXPERIENCE
Organized, edited, and improved NetApp’s Sales Operations account database for the US Public Sector, which includes; Civilian,
Department of Defense, Intelligence, State/Local Government and Education field sales. Provided the Sales Operations team with vital
analytical information regarding essential business functionality areas and accounts.
• Conducted research and analysis on NetApp’s large account database using Excel by breaking out the data into pivot tables.
• Communicated with the District Managers for each sector regarding accounts and user preferences for account organization
and realignment.
• Utilized Excel’s VLOOKUP function while cross-referencing accounts.
• Submitted the organized account structure to the Ascend CRM team to be implemented into the platform.
• Presented a comprehensive report to employees and senior leadership showing quantitative data and discussing territorial
realignment, compensation shifts, and next anticipated steps.
Worked with the Systems Integration team in the Intelligence and Security Sector. Assisted with the Strategic Systems Program (SSP)
contract, which oversees the Strategic Weapons System and Attack Weapon System onboard the U.S. Ohio and U.K. Vanguard class
submarines.
• Reviewed the SSP contract, assisted with quality assurance, knowledge management, and supported the scheduling team
using Microsoft Project Server.
• Created tutorial videos using Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Excel workbooks and spreadsheets, prepared presentations for
senior leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint and provided written recommendations to management concerning software
purchases.
• Crafted the framework for a consolidated tracking system within JIRA; conducted interviews with the project stakeholders to
gather the necessary data and user preferences.
• Lead a project that involved creating a new meeting structure for upper management to decrease “stove-piping”.
