    2) Star 90
    3) Quick start, wait process complete
    4) Click I.C (initial Condition)
    5) Resume
    2. Open DCS & Local application
    1) After I.C already establish
    2) Open SinosayHi application
    3) Run DCS, or LOC, or other HMI based on needs
