Downloading of Approved Plans and Proceedings through APDPMS portal

Applicants wants to download

1 APDPMS approved  plans and
proceedings from the portal

Visit the web portal i.e.,

www.apdpms.ap.gov.in

3 Click on Dashboard

Dashboard can view-able

Select the dashboard for
4 for 110 ULB's, CRDA and
UDA's 
UDA'S

Permission Type is:

Select the Permission Type for
5 1) Building Permission
which the plans and
2) Occupancy
proceedings are required
3) Open Layout

Select ULB/Authority for which

6 the applicants wish to
download the plans and
proceedings.

Click on Search button

8 Flowchart will appear and 

click on Proceeding Issued

Below the flow chart, list of

9 application which are approved
will be shown

10 Select the file number for

which the plan and
proceedings to be downloaded

To the file number, the right

end side, the following details
11 related to the file will be visible:
1) View Application,
 2) View Proceedings,
3) Download Plan,
 4) Site Inspection.

12 Applicants can download the

required information.
