Role & Responsibilities:-

Quality Assurance:-
 Implementation of Quality Control Checks, Control Plans and procedures at Incoming, Online
production & Final Quality Control.
 To study the daily, weekly and monthly rejection and plan preventive action for the same.
 Preparing Weekly and Monthly MIS and discussing the Major defects with concern person &
Management to minimize the rejection level.
 Analyze the feedbacks and complaints received from customers and provide the CAPA against the same
to them with proper documentation.
 To conduct Random Quality Checks at incoming, on line & final stages of Raw Materials & final products as per
customer / Product Index.
 Analysis of internal & customer rejections.
 Proper monitoring of ESD Compliances in process.
 Process inspection as per Control Plan.
 Product Inspection as Per Product Specifications.
 Proper monitoring of vendors process related issues & resolve the same.
 Proactive & reactive approach as well as problem solving & immediate response process.
 Execution of Quality Management System & review Incoming Quality, Process Quality and Final Quality
Control.
 Maintain Cost of Poor Quality and vendor rating for the suppliers on monthly basis.

Product development:-
 To actively participate in New Projects related to product development.
 To conduct trails of newly developed fixtures and inspection of product to find out the areas of failures or
defects.
 To conduct Validation of New Products and find out the root cause of product failures.

Testing of products:-
 Prepare plan for conduct the life testing and reliability testing of the product.
 Review the Testing and inspection of Semi-finished, Finished Products as per the Testing plans and Norms
and Batch test reports of the same.
 Analyzing the defects of failures found during testing and discussing the problem with production and R&D
Deptt. to remove the same.

Other responsibilities:-
 Training and motivation of subordinates and operators to give optimum results.
 Planning and execution of the internal and external audits.
 To conduct the pre dispatch inspection at supplier end.
 During the vendor development, visit cum audit at their and maintain the evaluation report from quality aspect.
