My life nowadays:

My name is Carolina Parra Peña, I’m 21 years old, I am the second grade teacher in the
Nueva Estancia school in Bogotá. I live in an apartment located in a neighborhood called
Galicia, in Bogotá with my husband and my daughter. In my free time I like to make shorts
because I hate the disorder, I love to watch movies with my family at home or at the
cinema, much better eating pop corn, hot dog or something like that. I like to read, to play
with my daughter and to sleep when I’m so tired.

Talking about my family, my mother’s name is Cilia Peña, she’s 50 years old, she’s a
housewife but she is the catechists coordinator at san matias apostol church, she loves to
teach, to pray and to talk with me and my husband about different things. My father’s
name is Humberto Parra, he’s 55 years old, he’s a policeman, in his free time he likes to
work at home, to watch movies and to travel. My sister’s name is Katherin Parra, she’s 25
years old, she’s a teacher and in her free time she likes to go to the mall, to visit her
boyfriend and to study. My brother’s name is Miguel Parra, he’s 16 years old, he is in ninth
grade and in his free time he likes to play the guitar, to chat and to play video games. My
husband’s name is Alvaro Jiménez, he is studying economy at the UNAD, he is 28 years
old and in his free time he loves to go to the church, to watch movies with me and our
daughter and to cook. My daughter’s name is Isabella Jiménez, she’s 4 years old and she
loves to play with her dolls, with play doh and to draw and color.

About my last vacations, we went to ”La mesa- Cundinamarca” (my husband, my daughter
and me), we were in a friend’s hotel in a beautiful room, we met to my friend’s sister and
her mother, we went to some restaurants, we visited the swimming pool and we shared a
fantastic day with my friend Angie and her sister.

The hotel was quiet, beautiful and clean, our room had two beds, a bathroom and a TV, it
was very comfortable.

Those vacations were so funny because we were in family and so happy together.

In five years I want to live in our own apartment or house in a quiet and beautiful
neigborhood, I’m going to continue studying, working and being happy with my daughter
and my husband. I am going to earn money and
