Dear host family,

My name is Mónica Alejandra Colorado Usma, I am 21 years old, I am from
Colombia, I live in Zipaquirá, a little town near Bogotá.
I live with my parents, my mother Edilma Usma and father Diogenes
Colorado my four brothers Wiliam, albeiro, Hector, and Yojana and my pet
scooby.
I am studying psychology, I am in coursing fourth semester, I love it because I
like to help people.
I feel excited to work with you, because I decided to work as an Au-Pair.
work with kids in a different place as my country,
is a good way to learn about a diffetent culture, another language, and
have a great experience;
I really enjoy being arround Children, Travel around the world, the extreme
games,
read, paint, sharing with family my and learning new things every day.
being part of childhood and care of a kid is very important, understand
them, that the kids learn new things thanks to me and help them in the
different situations that they will need.
I have gotten experience with kids,l took care of two beautiful kids of 5 and
10 years old during 4 years and a Little baby of 1 year old, during 11 months.
My duties were to pick them up from the schoool, to prepare a snack, play in
the park,
complete homeworks activities spend change diapers, prepare baby bottles ,
showr and dress the kids and baby. Play with them, feed their meals, care of
them and taught new things for them
My objective is to feel as the big sister, help with everything that the kids
will need and have a good relationship with the parents. It will be
interesting to be part of a family; it is something new for me and I like the
idea to share and learn about your culture.
I will match very good in your country and in your home, l feel glad to
improve better my English, I am very interesting on that.
I will do my best to have a wouderful experience for your family and for me,
l will love to bde part of your family, l am responsible and honest, I love the
idea to grow as a person with this experience.

Querida familia de acogida,
Mi nombre es Mónica Alejandra Colorado Usma, tengo 21 años, soy de
Colombia, vivo en Zipaquirá, un pequeño pueblo cerca de Bogotá.
Vivo con mis padres, mi madre Edilma Usma y mi padre Diógenes Colorado,
mis cuatro hermanos Wiliam, albeiro, Héctor y Yojana y Scooby mi mascota.
Estoy estudiando psicología, estoy cursando el cuarto semestre, me encanta
porque me gusta ayudar a las personas.
Me siento emocionado de trabajar con usted, porque decidí trabajar como
Au Pair.
trabajar con niños en un lugar diferente a mi país,
es una buena manera de aprender sobre una cultura diferente, otro idioma y
tener una gran experiencia;
Realmente disfruto de los niños, viajar por el mundo, los juegos extremos,
leer, pintar, compartir con mi familia y aprender cosas nuevas todos los días.
ser parte de la infancia y el cuidado de un niño es muy importante,
entiéndelos, que los niños aprendan cosas nuevas gracias a mí y ayudarlos
en las diferentes situaciones que necesitaren.
Tengo experiencia con niños, cuidé de dos hermosos niños de 5 y 10 años
durante 4 años y un bebé de 1 año, durante 11 meses.

Mis deberes eran llevarlos y recogerlos de la escuela, preparar un refrigerio,

jugar en el parque,
completar las tareas escolares, cambiar pañales, preparar biberones, duchar
y vestir a los niños y al bebé. Jugar con ellos, alimentarlos, cuidarlos y
enseñarles cosas nuevas.
Mi objetivo es sentirme como la hermana mayor, ayudar con todo lo que los
niños necesitarán y tener una buena relación con los padres. Será interesante
ser parte de una familia; Es algo nuevo para mí y me gusta la idea de
compartir y aprender sobre su cultura.
Combinaré muy bien en tu país y en tu hogar, me alegra mejorar mi inglés,
estoy muy interesada en eso.
Haré todo lo posible para tener una experiencia maravillosa para su familia y
para mí, me encantará formar parte de su familia, soy responsable y honesta
me encanta la idea de crecer como persona con esta experiencia.
