Guide Questions:

1. What is the importance of conducting evaluation of activities or projects implemented? Give

at least three (3) and discuss its importance.

The importance of conducting this evaluation of activities and projects are: maintenance
of the existing projects, collection of opinions about the suggested projects and the monitoring
of its benefits among the residents.

The importance of the maintenance of the existing projects is that we could revise some
of the known projects if their effectiveness is proven inadequate or lacking. Secondly, collection
of opinions about the suggested projects would be beneficial for the improvement of the
annual practice. It would also enlighten not only us but also the whole management about the
underlying problem that are unforeseen by our yearly visit. Lastly, the monitoring of the
benefits amongst the residents would be substantial to ensure that our efforts are not put into
waste.

2. During the conduct of survey/interview, what challenges did you experience and how were
you able to adjust to those challenges?

One of the challenges that I encountered is their reluctance to answer it thoroughly. We

were forced to squeeze information from them and we returned victorious. Also at the same
time, we ran out of respondents because of the occurring event held near the block that we're
assigned in. But with patience and encouragement, we completed the quest that was given to
us.

3. As you are about to finish all NSTP courses, what are your future plans during college that will
contribute to the development of partner communities of MCL?

One would be to remain philanthropically-inclined to the teachings of MCL and to

further propagate the virtue that we earned during these three terms of welfare-driven service.
If our profession requires us, I wouldn't be hesitant to be open-palmed to those who are greatly
in need. In this way, I could repay the kindness that the people have shown around me and it
would be a token of appreciation to our fellow people to continue the practice of reaching out
to people and to promote camaraderie and leadership.
