This letter is a formal request for a two-month leave of absence without pay, so that I may attend a
computer course at Mascom as well as the review for civil service. My last day of work would be Sunday, October
27th.

This civil service review and computer course is important to me which is why I need to take advantage
of it at this time. It is my belief that by attending this course, I will improve my knowledge and understanding in
my field, which will make me a better teacher in our esteemed school.

I will recommend Nooroljannah Moter to serve as a substitute teacher during my period of absence. She
has excellent work ethics and is effective in her teaching responsibilities.
