The undersigned is a student taking up Bachelor of Physical Education at Mindanao

State University, General Santos City. I am currently undertaking a performance task
called instructional development in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the
course, CPE 108: The Teacher and the School Curriculum. This task is an
opportunity for me to gain evaluation inputs for my initial lesson plans and be
mentored in lesson planning from expert practitioners in the teaching field.
