The subject is: Advantages and disadvantages of physical activity.

1) Introduction

 Physical activity should not be confused with exercise.


 Physical activity is planned, structured, repetitive and always with a goal;
Strengthen bones, muscles and cardiovascular system; and maintain a good physical
and mental form.

2) Advantages of physical activity.

I. Helps improve agility, flexibility and energy, which prevents and treats
degenerative or chronic diseases.

II. It is also highly recommended as a supplement for weight loss but must be
accompanied by a correct and balanced diet.

III. Prevents arthritis by keeping joints and cartilage flexible.

IV. Increases the tone and strength of the muscles.

V. Prevents bone deterioration and increases the density of them.

VI. Encourages circulation

VII. Keeps the brain healthy and releases hormones such as endorphins.

VIII. Reduces cholesterol levels, anxiety and stress problems.


3) Disadvantages of physical activity.

 However there are several disadvantages when exercising as the appearance


of muscle injuries if you do not pre-warm up and stretch after physical
activity.

 Obsession for physical activity, which would cause physical and mental
exhaustion.

4) CONCLUSION
 In my opinion, only a few minutes of physical activity daily can help you
improve your physical and mental health.
