INTRODUCTION

With the following work we want to work the distribution center and how it is formed,

in the same way to carry out a brief review of how to use the prepositions.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our project is based on the elaboration of handmade hammocks, handmade by

prisoners from the jail of Villavicencio since it is located very close to Bogota, which

is where our distribution warehouse is located and in which it is feasible to send via

direct area To Miami that is where we want to export the product.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Our distribution system will be handled as follows:

1. The fabrics will be sent via land by means of the TCC company to the jail of

Villavicencio.

2. Already in jail inmates begin to make hammocks everything is done by hand when

you have the complete order is sent back to Bogota ready to be sent via air.

3. It is sent via area by the Fedex company to Miami to the client company.

We will use storage, to save our product and from there send to export.

PHRASES

 The logistics coordinator is responsible for managing the staff and has direct

contact with customers.

 The logistics assistant is responsible for assigning the orders requested by

the client.

 The forklift worker is in charge of bringing the packed products to the storage

area

 The workers are responsible for the loading and unloading dock when the

operation requires it.

 the logistics coordinator audits the recycling area

 For the area of non-conforming products there is an operator for this area.
